Gordon Bailey is a native of Rocky Mount, NC. He received his B.S. in Mathematics and M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He spent much of his career as a software engineer and project manager in Research & Development at the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline in RTP. Gordon received his J.D. from North Carolina Central University in 2013, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. The focus of Gordon’s practice is family law (divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution) with an emphasis on collaborative resolution. Gordon also does wills, trusts, advance directives and estate administration. Prior to joining Monroe Wallace Law Group, Gordon was a solo practitioner with a focus exclusively on pro bono family law.

Gordon is a Wake County Guardian ad Litem and serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Welcome Federal Credit Union.

Gordon and his wife Suellen have 4 children. Gordon frequently enjoys playing tennis and occasionally enjoys golfing.
